I have been impressed by Frank since the first instance of our dealings back in March. I remember saying so to my wife as soon as we left that first day.

 

I believe I have an above normal sensitivity for hesitant, reluctant or begrudging service but with Frank since the outset there was not the slightest hint and instead we received an apparently genuine welcome and willingness to help.

 

The next quality that struck me was an impressive grasp of the business, which he obviously knew back to front.

I was impressed how quickly he could mix, match, cut and paste variations on design, with good ideas that seemed to convey a lot of experience in the building industry.

 

Even under my oversensitive scrutiny I saw not the slightest hint of adverse reaction to even the silliest of our questions or ideas for modifying the home design.

 

He remained apparently cool and unfazed by umpteen questions, ideas and thought bubbles.

How many people could handle that job?

 

I found his responses always constructive, practical, apparently in our best interests while also of course looking after his employer (e.g. practicalities of building), and importantly: always cheerful.

 

We have found his estimates to be close to the mark and he was upfront about the various provisos.

In several cases where provisos involved some potentially significant dollars, he gave them extra stress so that we were very clear.

 

There were a number of examples where Frank offered more practical or cost-effective solutions.I have found nothing wrong with our subsequent dealings with other staff within the company – in fact I'm surprised how universally friendly and helpful they have all been – but I believe Frank is a standout.

 

I believe it is not an overstatement to say that the favourable initial reception from Frank caused a tangible increase in the likelihood that we would buy. I bet he sells a lot of homes.

 

I reckon Frank is the kind of guy that most people could easily imagine being mates with.

From my perspective as a homebuyer I cannot imagine recommending anyone more highly than Frank ".

 

 

" As everyone knows that building  a new home is a challenge itself , and everyone treads carefully, cautiously and with  great apprehension.

 

 I was feeling the same  and had exhausted three months of time  looking at houses which I wanted to build, the design , the cost and someone I could talk to help me.

 

 I went to a lot of display homes but I didn't feel the people in the front office really looked after me and made me feel comfortable on taking such a huge project. It’s a journey of nearly 12 months where I need  someone who looked after me and my needs.

 

 I was on the verge of selling the land I had purchased rather than building but that changed when I walked in the display Homes office and met Frank.

 

He made me change my mind about not building my dream home  and made me feel that he will look after me and my best interest and help me get my dream home,  I didn't feel alone and overwhelmed anymore as he told me the process in details, took his time and did not rush to close the sales deal. ( as I’m from a sales background )

 

I liked that he looked after my needs ... which was basically to make me understand the process , knowing that he will look after me  in this journey of the unknown. He explained all the cost and the reasons for it in detail . His initial contact made me sign the tender and if it was not for Frank , I would have not built a new home.

 

He answered all my questions , no matter how trivial it sounded and always was happy to email me and communicated me throughout the time I have liaised with him till my contract was signed ( which I preferred to deal with him as well)

 

Frank showed empathy in his dealing with me in relation to any of my concerns and questions in the whole process till the contract was signed.

 

I would highly recommend that you have more people like Frank as your point of initial contact as this is the crucial time when people make decisions to go with certain builders.

 

I would highly recommend my friends and family to deal with Frank if they looking at building their dream Home
